PROVEN LEADERSHIP
Mr. McRae is a proven leader and manager. Jay has direct and oversight experience of over 3,600 projects in the public and private sectors, full cycle from strategic planning to operations and maintenance. He has over a decade of experience managing a profit and loss statement of various business units with increasing complexity of scope and scale. He brings national experience training and developing hundreds of project managers, program managers and principals/mid-level managers.
